IRES is focus on inclusiveness and diversity. Everyone is welcome and IRES does not discriminate on any bases. To that extend, IRES seeks to promote access to science and it’s benefit for all, and will continue to promote excellence in all of its activities and she will continue to ensure that the communities it serves benefit from all the work that we do. IRES is dedicated to rejecting discrimination in all its forms.

IRES will continue to include perspective and approaches from different parts of the world, from different constituencies, from different communities; most importantly, those who are marginalized, those who are unable to afford basic health care. These includes women and adolescent, and other marginalized population.
